Using experience gained over many years, Malcolm is highly client-focused, and pays meticulous attention to detail during the Project Implementation Stage of operations.

He is also in charge of the Company's Training policies and programmes in co-operation with the CITB and other agencies, and has successfully guided Bede though the stringent assessment process leading to the Investors in People Award.
