Q. Can I replace my existing straight flight timber staircase with a spiral staircase?
A. This may be possible but it is often prohibitively expensive because of the need for extensive builders work. Use our on line Quotation system, which will explain the various options to you.

Q. Do you do wooden staircases?
A. We do steel staircases with wooden treads. We don't do traditional timber staircases. Our Balustrade systems are stainless steel and glass.

Q. How do I get a quote for a staircase?

Q. Can I have a stair with glass treads?
A. Yes, we will be pleased to discuss your project with you.

Q. What colours are available on your staircases?
A. Our smaller spirals are typically supplied in black primer, for decoration by others after installation. Larger spirals and straight flight staircases are available either primed for painting by others or in a powder-coated finish in any of the standard RAL Colours. Our stainless steel staircases are supplied with a brush polished finish.

Q. Do you offer an installation service?
A. We can install your staircase in the North East of England, from the Scottish Borders down to South Yorkshire and as far West as Carlisle.

Q. Do you carry out the building works for the staircase?
A. No, we fit our staircases to an opening or stairwell, which must be prepared by your builder.

Q. Does the staircase price include the landings?
A. Our price will normally include all intermediate landings. The top landing may be included subject to the required layout. We can supply a top quarter landing for all of our Spiral Staircases, which will ensure maximum clear headroom. We will also provide you or your builder with the relevant layout drawings.

Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. Each of our staircases is individually designed and fabricated to suit the customer's requirements; as such we do not have a showroom. Please visit our products page to see examples of our work.

Q. Can I fit the staircase myself?
A. Any competent DIY person can fit many of our staircases. Or a builder or joiner should be more than capable in most circumstances. Please contact us for further information.

Q. Where can I buy your balconies?

For larger contracts we will be pleased to take your enquiry and we will pass it on to one of our distributors who will then contact you directly.

Q. Can I fit the balcony myself or do I need a builder?
A. Depending on the site conditions, balcony type and your level of experience, you may be able to fit the balcony yourself. Otherwise your builder or joiner should be able to carry out the work for you.
We may also be able to quote an installation price through one of our specialist distributors.

Q. What colours are available?
A. The most popular colour for our balconies is black, but they are available in any of the standard RAL colours.
